Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to join our Bangalore team and drive the technical positioning, validation, and go-to-market enablement of Ericsson's Private 5G and Enterprise Neutral Host portfolio .

In this role, you will act as a key technical bridge between Product Management, R&D, sales teams, partners, mobile operators, and enterprise customers. You will develop reference architectures, validate deployments, create technical content, and demonstrate the value of Ericsson's enterprise cellular solutions for industrial and large-venue environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and document end-to-end architectures for Ericsson Private 5G and Neutral Host deployments across enterprise and large venue environments.
- Conduct lab and field validations covering core integration, SIM/eSIM provisioning, mobility, QoS, and IT/OT system integration.
- Develop technical assets including white papers, deployment guides, playbooks, sizing tools, and competitive positioning materials.
- Deliver technical enablement programs, workshops, and training for sales teams, channel partners, system integrators, and mobile operators.
- Support customer engagements, proof-of-concepts, architectural reviews, and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to provide market feedback, customer insights, and feature recommendations that influence product strategy.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Technical Marketing, Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related roles within cellular infrastructure, private wireless, or enterprise networking.
- Experience designing or deploying Private LTE/5G, Small Cell, DAS, or Neutral Host solutions.

Technical Expertise

- Strong understanding of 4G/5G architectures, NSA/SA deployment models, spectrum management, core network functions, and SIM/eSIM lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of indoor wireless and Neutral Host technologies, including small cell and multi-operator deployments.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts such as IP networking, VLANs, QoS, routing, firewalls, and network security.
- Understanding of industrial and enterprise use cases across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, smart buildings, and large venues.
