The Revenue Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through data-driven analysis, pricing and promotional effectiveness, category performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports the development and execution of revenue growth strategies that maximize profitability, improve commercial performance, and strengthen market competitiveness. This role will be based in Athens, under Sephora contract with 2 years temporary assigment. The scope refers to Greece & Balkans but the focus will be on Greek market.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
- Analyze sales, market, customer, and profitability data to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Support the development of revenue growth management strategies, including pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investment optimization.
- Monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue, margin, and market share.
- Develop regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and return on investment, proposing optimization opportunities.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and business analyses.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, Category Management, Sales Analytics, Trade Marketing, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, profitability analysis, and commercial performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English capacity and Greek language is a must.
