Job Description:

The successful candidate will join TDOE1 Manufacturing Engineering (Digital Organization)  in San Pablo Sur) (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES:

- To be in charge of service owner activities (lifecycle management, application maintenance, functional support, incidences management) of ARPA and DOGS and MEGA2 systems.
- To lead any project related to MEGA2 developments or implementations for new programmes
- To lead 3D-view mockup projects related to implement new generation light visualizer for both legacy and new programmes.
- Management of the development of user-specific software systems.
- To solve business problems using software tools and program libraries within the specified range of services and projects.
- Capturing and analyzing the customer problem. Advice on technological solutions.
- Internal resource allocation of the resulting requirements for a working group (inside a Project).
- Creation of the statement of work to be requested to a Digital subcontractor.
- Final accountability of the software for acceptance by the customer.
- Contribute to identify needs from Manufacturing Engineering areas as Business Analyst Digital role, translate them into requirements in our legacy systems, prepare functional designs, contribute to the coordination into the different development teams and stakeholders inside Digital Organization, perform integration tests and UAT (User Acceptance Tests) and provide end-user support.
- Contribute to develop digital innovative projects to deliver tangible and robust solutions back to Manufacturing Engineering based on different Programs such as A400M, C295, MRTT, Eurodrone, SIRTAP,...
- Stakeholder management.

SKILLS :

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering or related discipline.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Solutioning given list of non-technical requirements.
- Writing technical specs (includes active participation in design meetings) and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
- Capability to understand, influence and evaluate functional and technical system designs.
- Capability to understand and maneuver within a multi-layer system architecture with various interfaces and a high degree of customization and interdependencies to other systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Spanish and English is a must.
- Stakeholder Management and structured way of working.
- Solid understanding of agile practices as well as new technology opportunities/new trends.
- High stress-level resistance in an operational environment.
- Working background in the aerospace industry and experience in Manufacturing Engineering is appreciated.

A position as a Supply Chain and Quality Manager (SCQM) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Sevilla)

The successful applicant will join the Supply Chain and Quality department in the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team as part of the Procurement Organization.

Mission:

- The SCQM Leads the End-to-End Supply Chain Operations and Quality Management and acts as Supply Chain Industrial, Operations and Quality leader for all the suppliers under the applicable scope

- The mission is applicable to all Programs: A400M, MRTT, L&M, EFA, Aerostructures and any new developments such as Eurodrone.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Represents Airbus Defence and Space in front of Suppliers

- Ensures the Industrial Maturity and Quality / Operational performance of Suppliers.

- Represents procurement organization in the associated Multi-Functional Team and in front of Authorities during Audits and Assessments.

- Leads the deployment of Airbus DS Quality and Supply Chain requirements in suppliers and for the main ADS programs.

- The SCQM is in charge and/or participates in:

- Call For Tender process from the Operational and Quality points of view.
- New Products Introduction, Transfer of Work, Industrial Changes, Modifications, Assessments
- APQP deployment in suppliers
- Risk & Opportunities Management
- Management of Quality Escapes and all type of non-conformities, leading all the associated activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading the root case analysis and associated actions plans from both a corrective and preventative point of view
- Qualifications and Certifications surveillance
- First Article Inspection
- Supplier Performance & Surveillance
- Deployment of Procurement Tools in the supplier

SKILLS:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.
• Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or/and in Supply Chain

• Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mind-set and ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behavior.
