About the Role

We are looking for a Zonal Lead – Enterprise to lead our hunting business for the zone, focused on acquiring and building relationships with new & identified enterprise clients across the Delhi / Bangalore & Western market.

This is a new client acquisition-focused manager role, where you will be responsible for building the hunting engine, identifying high-value enterprise opportunities, driving CXO-level conversations, and owning revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in enterprise hunting, new business acquisition, consultative selling, and people leadership, with the ability to build and scale a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Enterprise business, with a strong focus on new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and account mapping to CXO conversations, solution positioning, negotiations, and closure - individually and along with the team.
- Own the zonal revenue target, sales pipeline, business planning, and key operating metrics for the assigned market. Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise customersA across the region.
- Coach and mentor the hunting team on prospecting, account penetration, consultative selling, objection handling, negotiations, and closures. Establish a strong performance culture with clear goals, sales rhythms, and accountability across the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO and senior business stakeholders across large enterprise accounts.
- Identify high-potential industries, accounts, and whitespace opportunities to build a healthy enterprise pipeline.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to strengthen the enterprise value proposition and improve conversion.
- Represent Apna in relevant industry forums, CXO interactions, events, and networking platforms to strengthen enterprise relationships and brand presence.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership and agility in a fast-growing, execution-intensive environment.

What We're Looking For

- 8–10+ years of experience across Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, SaaS Sales, Staffing, HRTech, or related B2B businesses.
- Strong and demonstrated experience in enterprise hunting / new client acquisition, with a track record of building and converting new business pipelines.
- Strong people leadership experience, with ownership of revenue targets, business planning, sales strategy, and operating metrics.
- Ability to independently manage CXO-level conversations and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders within an organization.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-led selling in a B2B / enterprise environment.
- Prior experience in high-growth and execution-intensive environments is preferred.
- Strong stability, an ownership mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to use sales metrics and market insights to drive decisions.
- Industry background preferred: HRTech, Staffing, SaaS, Employability, Recruitment, Marketplace, or adjacent allied industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
