About the Role

For our Order Fulfilment Continental Team we are looking for a Delivery Monitoring and Claims Coordinator (d/f/m ) in full-time to join our Professional Hygiene Continental Team.

The job typically reports to the Delivery Monitoring and Service Claims Team Leader.

What You Will Do

- Receive and manage all customer service-related claims
- Analyze service claims and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve them
- Execute the resolution of service claims based on the outcome of the analysis
- Act as the main point of contact between Customer Service, hauliers, and warehouses to manage delivery issues impacting customers
- Collaborate with the Supply Service team to align actions that mitigate risks and minimize customer impact
- Coordinate customer requests with Customer-Facing and Supply Service teams when they may affect warehousing or transportation operations

- Experience in logistics operations and claims resolution, particularly within Customer Service and Customer Logistics
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong conflict resolution skills combined with a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent English skills required; additional language skills in French, Italian, Spanish, or another European language are considered an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or SAP S/4HANA, as well as C4 or Salesforce, is a plus
