We are seeking a Contract Logistics Customer Solutions Engineer to design innovative logistics solutions and support strategic business development initiatives across Italy.

## How you create impact

- Design warehouse and supply chain solutions for new and existing customers.
- Develop layouts, process flows, resource models, and cost calculations.
- Support RFQs, tenders, customer presentations, and solution proposals.
- Partner with Operations, Business Development, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable and competitive solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

## What we would like you to bring

- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Solution Design, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
