Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and dependable Team Leader to join our Warehouse / Operations team.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily B2B warehouse activities, maintaining high order accuracy, and leading operational priorities while spending approximately 40% of your time actively participating in hands-on warehouse duties like picking, packing, and stock movement.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative warehouse team where you will serve as the key operational link between shift management and floor operations to drive customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate and execute day-to-day B2B warehouse operations: Manage order priorities, allocate daily workloads, and directly participate in hands-on picking, packing, stock movements, and goods-in tasks to ensure accurate, on-time customer fulfillment.
- Collaborate with warehouse management and internal teams: Serve as the main point of contact for B2B activity, resolving operational challenges, providing daily team guidance, and communicating order status updates to maintain seamless workflows.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards: Maintain inventory accuracy, follow all safety guidelines, report stock discrepancies promptly, and uphold a clean, efficient, and compliant warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Practical experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment with a focus on B2B order fulfillment or customer-focused operations.
- Strong knowledge of core warehouse operations including picking, packing, goods-in processes, inventory checks, and warehouse management system (WMS) technologies/scanners.
- Proven ability in prioritizing daily workloads under time pressure, leading team members by example, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Physical capability and willingness to regularly perform manual warehouse tasks and lead actively from the floor.
