Political Quality Auditor

### Job Overview
We are looking for a Political Quality Auditor to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data collected through our ground-level political field surveys. This role focuses on reviewing recorded field interactions and survey entries to verify that surveyors are accurately capturing respondent information and following data collection standards.

### Key Responsibilities
Audit & Data Verification
- Review recorded interactions and corresponding survey entries from ground surveyors.
- Audit approximately 10% of each surveyor’s daily interactions .
- Verify that recorded conversations accurately match the responses entered in the system.
- Identify and flag fake, falsified, incomplete, or inaccurate entries .
- Assess whether collected responses accurately represent the interaction and ground-level feedback.
Audit Scope
- Monitor a dedicated group of 6 ground surveyors .
- Surveyors conduct approximately 25–30 field interactions each day , covering around 180 interactions collectively .
- Complete 6 detailed audits per day per Quality Auditor , contributing to approximately 12 project-level audits daily .
Feedback & Quality Improvement
- Report critical errors or suspected data falsification to Team Leads (TLs) .
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on minor discrepancies and recurring issues.
- Highlight patterns that may affect survey quality and recommend corrective action.
Reporting & Quality Scoring
- Prepare daily Quality Audit Reports with individual surveyor performance scores.
- Document audit findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Analyse survey trends and conversation nuances to provide qualitative insights into field data.
- Provide final quality scores used for surveyor payouts and penalty calculations .

- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, survey platforms, and reporting tools.
- Experience in quality auditing, field research, political research, survey operations, or data verification is an advantage.
