About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Government Relations Building and Maintenance: Establish and expand communication channels with government departments (such as postal management, commerce, emergency management, etc.), maintain government-enterprise relationships through daily interface, reception, and research visits to enhance company social image and build external resource channels for business development.

Policy Research and Resource Acquisition: Track government policies, regulations, and industry dynamics, analyze policy impact on business, assist in formulating response strategies; integrate internal resources to advance project applications, strive for policy support, funding, and honor recognition to guide government resources towards the company.

Crisis Handling and Compliance Assurance: Early warning and handle sudden regulatory events involving market supervision, fire protection, etc., coordinate internal and external resources for crisis public relations; ensure company qualifications and licenses are compliant, assist in responding to regulatory inspections to reduce operation risks and ensure business legality and compliance.

Government Affairs Communication and Project Collaboration: Represent the company in government meetings and activities, receive government leader visits; write talking points, official documents, etc., collaborate with business departments to formulate government cooperation plans, promote government-enterprise cooperation project implementation and solve business pain points.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Brand Enhancement: Collaborate with internal company teams, integrate resources to respond to government needs; disseminate enterprise concepts to enhance company reputation in government and industry circles, provide public relations support for business expansion.

Relationship Expansion Maintenance: Actively establish and expand contacts with government, associations, and other relevant institutions, including but not limited to postal management, public security, medical insurance bureaus, etc., maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships to build resource channels for company development.

Policy Research Application: Research and track government policy regulations and information dynamics, analyze impact on company business, propose demands based on company operation strategies, strive for policy support and resources to provide forward-looking suggestions for company development.

Official Documents and Conference Affairs Handling: Responsible for writing official documents, reports, and talking points for government communication, handle conference affairs for government leader visits and meetings to showcase company's good image.

Crisis Emergency Handling: Effectively handle and respond to various urgent and sudden regulatory events to maintain company and industry stability, help local institutions with risk prevention and crisis public relations.

Business Expansion Support: Leverage government relations to introduce business, conduct expansion cooperation in specific business areas (such as online medical insurance drug purchases), explore market opportunities and promote project implementation.

License Compliance Management: Ensure company qualifications and licenses comply with regulatory and legal requirements to avoid potential crisis regulatory events.

Internal Collaboration Communication: Understand company business thoroughly, grasp departmental needs, formulate and optimize government cooperation plans, closely collaborate with internal teams to provide support for business development.

Industry Activity Participation: Represent company in various important activities and conferences, participate in industry projects and research topics, promote standard formulation to enhance company industry influence.
