▶︎ What will you do:
• Lead and oversee technology implementation and consulting projects.
• Manage project resources, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Monitor budgets, project economics, and key performance indicators.
• Mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
• Partner closely with Directors, senior leadership, and client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
• Support business development and long-term client relationships.
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in technology implementation, consulting, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and data migration.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with technology strategy, governance, sourcing, operating models, or project/program management.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
• Experience working with C-suite or senior client stakeholders.
• Japanese language skills.
• Advanced degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• ERP, project management, or related technical certifications.
