Job Description

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Core Responsibilities:

- Duy trì khuôn LEGO trong điều kiện hoạt động tốt để đảm bảo sản lượng sản xuất ổn định. / Maintain LEGO Moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output.

- Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa cho khuôn dựa trên kế hoạch hàng ngày và các ưu tiên nhằm hệ thống hóa việc làm sạch và hoàn tất công việc được giao. / Perform preventive maintenance to Moulds based on daily planning log and priorities for systematic cleaning and end of order.

- Thực hiện vệ sinh phòng ngừa khi mới nhận. / Preventive cleaning to arrival Moulds.

- Lưu trữ khuôn vào đúng giá kệ, quét vị trí và cập nhật hệ thống. / Mould storage in the correct rack, scan location and system update.

- Báo cáo trực tiếp với trưởng ca của bất kì đồng nghiệp có kỹ năng chuyên môn cao khi phát hiện bất kỳ vấn đề nào về khuôn trong quá trình bảo dưỡng phòng ngừa. / Report immediately to shift leader of any colleague with higher skills any problem detected in the mould during the preventive maintenance process.

- Khắc phục các sự cố nhỏ của khuôn đang vận hành trong sản xuất. Thực hiện các sửa chữa nhỏ trên khuôn (đánh bóng, làm nguội, lấy bavia, v.v) trong bảo trì khuôn. / Troubleshooting of minor problems with Moulds running in production. Do minor repair on Mould (polishing, remove burr, etc.) in maintain the Mould.

- Mở và đóng lệnh làm việc trong hệ thống MaintainIT nhằm ghi lại chính xác thời gian làm việc liên quan đến công việc đã thực hiện . / Open and close orders in MaintainIT registering accurate man time related to the work performed .

- Chất lượng: Tập trung cao vào tiêu chí “Làm đúng ngay từ đầu” để đảm bảo hiệu quả. / Quality: High focus on First Time Through, do It right the first time .

- Học hỏi: Hằng ngày làm việc với các loại khuôn khác nhau, thành phần, nền tảng và cách giải quyết vấn đề. / Learning: In everyday basis, different types of Moulds, components, platforms, problem solving.

- Quan tâm: Hỗ trợ các ưu tiên của công ty bằng cách quan tâm đến an toàn của bản thân và đồng đội. / Caring: Support the company’s priorities by caring about his/her safety and also caring about teammates.

- Duy trì 5S tại khu vực làm việc và các khu vực bảo trì khuôn. / 5S to workstation and rest of the Mould Maintenance area s.

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo cấp trên giao phó. / Others task as the assignment from People leader

Yêu cầu công việc/ Do you have what it takes?

- Có chứng Chỉ trung cấp của Trường Dạy Nghề trở lên. / Technical Vocational School Certification or above.

- Kỹ năng chuyên môn - Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo trì khuôn chính xác. Có kiến thức cơ bản về khuôn ép nhựa, bản vẽ kỹ thuật, lắp ráp và tháo dỡ khuôn. Có kỹ năng sử dụng các thiết bị đo lường cơ bản và khả năng áp dụng kiến thức, kinh nghiệm để đạt kết quả thông qua kỹ năng đào tạo vững chắc và hành vi mực. / Functional expertise - At least 3 years' experience in Precision Mould Maintenance. Basic knowledge of injection mould / technical drawings / Mould assembly and disassembly. Basic knowledge of use measurement equipment - and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.

- Linh hoạt về thời gian (làm ca đêm, đôi khi hỗ trợ làm việc vào cuối tuần). / Time flexibility (work in night shift, sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).

- Có khả năng viết và giao tiếp Tiếng Anh./ Can use English (speaking, writing).
