As an HR Transformation & AI Intern, you will join a team focused on identifying opportunities to modernize HR processes through the lens of AI and digital transformation.

This unique opportunity offers hands-on exposure across multiple HR disciplines while helping shape the future of how work gets done. You will learn the foundational disciplines of Human Resources while applying emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, automation, analytics, and process improvement techniques to real business challenges. This internship is designed as a strategic talent pipeline, providing high-performing individuals with the opportunity for future full-time employment and long-term career growth within Bayer's HR organization. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines while exploring how AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies can improve employee experience and business outcomes.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and help redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, simplicity, and user experience;
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions across HR;
- Support HR transformation initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Partnering, Learning, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, and Organizational Effectiveness;
- Use data and analytics to generate insights, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with HR, technology, data, and business teams to develop innovative user-centered solutions and future-state ways of working.

This internship is designed as a launchpad for a future career in Human Resources. You will:

- Build foundational knowledge across core HR disciplines;
- Gain practical experience in AI, digital transformation, and process optimization;
- Work directly with leaders driving enterprise-wide HR transformation;
- Develop consulting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Create visibility with senior leaders across the HR organization;
- Be considered for future internship, rotational, and full-time opportunities within Bayer.

WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in AI and Emerging Technologies, Data Analytics, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline with an interest in the future of work;
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn how Human Resources operates within a global organization;
- Passion for understanding how technology, AI, and digital innovation are transforming the future of work;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities;
- Comfort working with data, digital tools, and emerging technologies;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and effectively.
