Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 6-9 years of professional architectural experience, with NYC project experience preferred.
- Strong design sensibilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Experience working through all phases of project development, from schematic design through construction administration.
- The ability to successfully contribute to multiple project typologies.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with team members, consultants, and clients.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
