About this role
- Manage a planning stream within a pod (up to 7–8 people, max 9), ensuring alignment with business goals and pod-level strategy
- Ensure team effectiveness, workflow quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Maintain deep involvement across all RFPs/RFIs handled by the team
- Oversee task distribution, prioritization, and workload balancing
- Manage handoffs and collaboration with Client Services and MPO
- Lead hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members
- Conduct performance reviews and career development planning
- Identify and escalate team capacity or performance risks
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital media planning
- 2+ years of experience managing teams (3-5 direct reports)
- Hands-on DSP platform experience or strong multi-platform planning expertise
- English proficiency: C1–C2; ability to communicate and express a point in verbal and written English easily
- Proven experience in client-facing pitches and strategy presentations
- Deep understanding of media infrastructure and execution
- Demonstrated team leadership and soft skills
- Advanced presentation and strategic planning capabilities
