The team helps ensure that material risks and incidents are escalated appropriately and that senior management has clear and timely insight into the bank's risk profile.

During your rotation, you will gain exposure to a broad range of operational risk activities and learn how to:

- Participate in control testing activities to assess the effectiveness of key controls.
- Contribute to the preparation of risk reports and management information for senior stakeholders.

This rotation will provide you with a strong foundation in risk management, governance, and regulatory expectations within an international banking environment.

Market & Liquidity Risk Management (MRM)

The Market & Liquidity Risk Management team is responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and reporting market and liquidity risks across the bank. The team works closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure risks are understood, managed, and communicated effectively.

During your rotation, you will develop an understanding of financial risk management and gain practical experience in areas such as:

- Monitoring and analysing market and liquidity risk exposures.
- Supporting risk measurement frameworks for Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), traded market risk, liquidity risk, and stress testing.
- Reviewing risk data, assumptions, and models used in the risk management process.
- Assisting with the preparation of risk reports and presentations for senior management and governance committees.

You will be actively involved in enhancing risk analytics, reporting, and stress-testing processes while building a solid understanding of how risk is managed within a global financial institution.
