Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area always
- Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging way, offering recommendations and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow standard recipes and hotel service procedures to ensure consistency in beverage quality
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol regulations
- Assist in bar inventory management and restocking as needed
- Participate in daily bar setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with the F&B team to support overall service and operations

Requirements

- Prior experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
