The Role:

Entegris is seeking a new Senior Director, Human Resources to serve as the lead HR partner for our global Materials Solutions division. The new leader in this role will partner closely with the Materials Solutions President and leadership team to develop and execute talent, workforce, and organizational strategies that enable growth, innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation. The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, workforce capability, change management, and organizational integration, ensuring the division has the talent and structure needed to achieve its objectives.

This position will be based onsite in Aurora, IL.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with the Materials Solutions President and leadership team to understand business priorities and identify the people, structure, and leadership actions needed to support them.

- Advise leaders on organization structure, workforce plans, succession, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and people-related risks.

- Lead organization design, restructuring, and change efforts for the division, ensuring roles, teams, and ways of working are clear and support business needs.

- Support acquisition integration as needed, including alignment of leaders, teams, roles, work practices, and employee communication.

- Build practical talent and succession plans for critical leadership, technical, operational, and commercial roles.

- Work with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and regional HR teams to solve business needs and deliver consistent HR support.

- Use workforce data, business updates, and leader input to spot issues early, recommend actions, and track progress.

- Partner with Operations leaders to use data and analysis to support workforce planning and develop hiring plans for all Materials Solutions sites.

- Lead and develop the HR team supporting Materials Solutions, setting clear priorities and ensuring effective support across regions, sites, and functions.

What We Seek:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level partnership with business, operations, or functional leaders.

- Experience supporting complex, global matrix organizations with multiple sites, regions, or business units.

- Strong working knowledge of organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.

- Experience working with manufacturing, operations, engineering, technology, chemicals, materials science, semiconductor, or industrial businesses preferred.

- Ability to use data, business information, and leader input to identify workforce needs, set priorities, and recommend practical actions.

- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, or other significant business changes preferred.

- Experience leading HR professionals or project teams across multiple locations or regions.

- Compensation: $175,000-$250,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
