IGNITE – Management Development Program – Amanzoe

Location Overview
Join our team in Amanzoe. Scattered with Unesco-protected ruins, the beach-fringed Peloponnese has been at the heart of Greek culture for millennia. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea. Pavilions and villas all offer private pools with stunning views and fragrant gardens, whilst speedboats await at the beach to zip between nearby islands.

Role

We are seeking ambitious recent graduates to join IGNITE – Management Development Program at Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece, with a specialisation in Food and Beverage. This 18-month fast-track program combines hands-on operational experience with structured leadership development, beginning with an immersion across key areas of the property before progressing into Food and Beverage, where you will gradually assume greater responsibilities and develop your management capabilities. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to ultra-luxury hospitality, work closely with experienced leaders and build the skills required to progress towards an Assistant Manager position within Aman Group.

The program will begin in March 2027.

Responsibilities

- Gain broad exposure to Amanzoe operations through an initial immersion across key areas of the property.
- Develop in-depth operational expertise within Food and Beverage, progressively taking on greater responsibilities throughout the program.
- Gain hands-on experience in delivering Aman’s personalised service and understanding the standards of ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Follow a personalised Individual Development Plan combining on-the-job training, structured learning, eLearning and self-paced development.
- Participate in learning opportunities through Cornell University and Aman’s internal learning resources.
- Work closely with an experienced mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout your development journey.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives designed to strengthen your leadership skills and business acumen.
- Develop an understanding of Food and Beverage operations, guest experience, financial performance and effective team leadership.
- Build the management capabilities required to progress towards an Assistant Manager position upon successful completion of the program.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field, completed within the last two years or due to be completed before the start of the program.
- At least one year of work or internship experience within hospitality, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Genuine interest in Food and Beverage operations and a commitment to developing a career in ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- An adaptable and open-minded approach to learning and working in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about different aspects of hotel operations and management.
- A strong operational focus with the motivation to assume increasing levels of responsibility.
- Interest in pursuing long-term development and international career opportunities within Aman Group.
- You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
