Quotation Desk Specialist

The objective of the Quotation Desk Specialist is to ensure a high quality of quotes globally. This specialist is responsible for checking the quality of quotes in CPQ against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters to eliminate errors at an early stage and ensure a smooth, fast approval flow and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quote Evaluation: Review and verify quotes against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters.
- Approval Process: Approve quotes that meet the established requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Feedback Provision: Offer constructive feedback to the quote originator, highlighting areas for improvement based on established guidelines.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and flag general trends and areas for improvement to management for continuous process enhancement.
- Departmental Feedback: P rovides structured feedback to various internal teams on departmental processes, challenges, or improvements when relevant

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand Leaseweb’s offerings
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using quotation management and CRM software.
