Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Supply Chain Quality Management - Performance improvement (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de AIRBUS Defence and Space sur son site de Toulouse-Palays . Vous rejoindrez le département « Supply Chain Quality Management » en charge de Detail parts, Thermal, Mechanisms, Materials .

Votre stage consistera à analyser la performance des processus SCQM, définir les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs), harmoniser ces processus et structurer la gestion de la charge de travail prévisionnelle.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

● Analyser les principaux processus des SCQM

● Définir les KPIs

● Définir une approche structurée pour préparer les chiffrages de la charge de travail prévisionnelle des SCQM

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

● Structure et harmonisation des processus

● Gestion des KPIs ● Gestion de la charge de travail d'équipe

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Bac +5 en Management, Aéronautique, Supply Chain ou un domaine équivalent. Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

● Compétences techniques :

○ Supply Chain

○ Qualité

○ Gestion de projet

● Soft Skills :

○ Communication

○ Gestion d'équipe

○ Capacité à fédérer

● Langues :

○ Anglais : Négociation / Courant

○ Français : Élémentaire

Your mission : An internship opportunity titled : « Supply Chain Quality Management - Performance improvement (m/f) » has just opened at AIRBUS Defence and Space located in Toulouse-Palays . You will join the Supply Chain Quality Management department in charge of Detail parts, Thermal, Mechanisms, Materials .

Your internship will consist of analyzing process performance, defining KPIs, harmonizing processes, and structuring workload management.

Ideally, this is a 6 -month internship and it should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Your main missions will consist of :

● Analysing the main SCQM processes

● Defining KPIs

● Defining a structured approach to prepare quotations for the SCQM workload

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

● Processes structure

● KPIs management

● Team workload management

Your Boarding Pass: You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in Management, Aeronautical, Supply Chain (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:

● Technical skills :

○ Supply Chain

○ Quality

○ Project management

● Soft Skills :

○ Communication

○ Team management

○ Federating people

● Language skills :

○ English : Negotiation / Fluent

○ French : Elem entary
