About the Team:
We are looking for a Service & Network Specialist for our Aftermarket division. The position is based in our Riga office.
What you can look forward to as Service & Network Specialist :
- Searching for new customers – Workshops for [pro]Tech in Latvia
- Technical support for workshops in defined area
- Conducting of technical trainings for workshops and distributors
- Presenting of Workshop concepts on official meetings, customer events etc.
- Searching for new business opportunities in defined idea
- Definite targets and generate achievable plans
- Collect market information on competitors e.g., campaigns, price positioning & new products
- Develope market analysis reports
- Visiting customers regularly on weekly/monthly basis in the region
- Possible buisnnes trips to other countries (Lithuania, Poland, Estonia)
Your profile as Service & Network Specialist :
- Qualified technical background: technical training/apprenticeship in automotive engineering or similar
- 3-5 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to solve technical issues
- Knowledge of automotive market
- High communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in the team
- Language skills: very good Latvian and English skills are necessary; good German skills desirable but not mandatory
- Driving license
