Position Summary 
As a Level II Order Fulfiller, you'll help keep orders and materials moving through the distribution process safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who can perform standard order fulfillment tasks with limited assistance, maintain productivity and quality expectations, recognize routine issues, and use established processes to keep work flowing. 
What You'll Do   
•    Complete core picking, restocking, put away, receiving, packing, shipping, sorting, and delivery activities with limited assistance. 
•    Operate approved powered industrial equipment and report incidents or concerns immediately. 
•    Use inventory control systems to move, count, record, and maintain material accuracy. 
•    Meet productivity, quality, safety, and documentation expectations for standard work. 
What Makes You Successful  
•    High school diploma or GED required. 
•    Able to perform standard order fulfillment work with limited assistance while meeting safety, quality, and productivity expectations. 
Even Better if You Have 
•    Experience using warehouse equipment, inventory systems, and core order fulfillment processes. 
Physical Requirements  
This position requires working in a manufacturing environment and may include:  
•    Standing and walking for extended periods.  
•    Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.  
•    Lifting materials weighing 25–35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.  
•    Working safely around manufacturing equipment.  
•    Passing required vision acuity testing, where applicable.
