- Take and distribute minutes and help coordinate staff and service meetings.
- Support the administration involved when residents join or leave the service, ensuring relevant documentation is completed.
- Order office, cleaning and first-aid supplies while ensuring value for money.
- Handle confidential information appropriately and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

- At least 12 months' administrative and/or secretarial experience.

- Experience of attending meetings and producing accurate minutes.
- Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Strong keyboard and general administrative skills.
- Good numeracy skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people.
- Reception experience and an understanding of welfare benefits systems would be advantageous.

If you’re looking for a varied part-time administration role where your organisation, accuracy and attention to detail can help support an important community service, we’d love to hear from you.
