The work is done in close alignment with developers, technical customer care teams and with the business stakeholders responsible for migration.

Your responsibilities:

- Providing support to customers with account-related issues (user IDs, access rights, manual setups)
- Troubleshooting technical problems in collaboration with customer care, technology, and sales teams
- Applying manual fixes after data transfers when needed
- Communicating with clients and international teams, giving clear updates via email or phone once issues are resolved
- Explaining technical information in simple, customer-friendly language
- Preparing concise reports or updates for internal teams and clients

Required skills:

- Fluency in English and French (min. B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
