- Executive Relations & Account Support: Support the Executive Relations Team with sensitive account requests and high-visibility escalations. Assist with account lock removals and account protection mechanisms, including SIM locks and port freezes.
- Documentation & Revision: Create, revise, and maintain operational documentation and conduct tasks related to account enrollment and de-enrollment processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal operational teams, Cyber Security, Corporate Security, and technical teams to route and resolve routine security escalations.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve processes in the program operations, account security, and customer experience including ways to leverage AI to reduce unnecessary manual work.

This position can be located in other valid Verizon locations.
