As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for translating security requirements into an architecture that protects the client's mission and business processes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and the client's unique needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:   . IT Security & IT Risk Governance - Carry out IT and security risk analyses in strict compliance with the IT Risk Management policy to identify and quantify vulnerabilities. - Optimise and maintain the frameworks and tools used for the identification, assessment, treatment and communication of IT security risks. - Deploy and enforce BNP Paribas Group security practices and standards across the organisation. 2. Project Support & Advisory - Define risk mitigation strategies for BNPP AM projects and enforce ‘IT Risk & Cybersecurity’ policy requirements to ensure secure operational delivery. - Integrate security requirements directly into projects to ensure “Security by Design”. - Review the security profiles of applications within your scope to ensure compliance with the application security baseline. 3. Operational Risk Monitoring & Compliance - Carry out periodic risk reviews and update the IT risk register for assigned areas as part of daily operational monitoring. - Conduct security audits and due diligence reviews for third-party suppliers, service providers and partners to mitigate supply chain risks. 3. Reporting & Performance Management - Manage and update team KPIs, operational dashboards and activity reports to provide management with precise visibility into the risk landscape and remediation status. • Design Cybersecurity Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions that meet industry best practices and the client's unique needs, ensuring alignment with security requirements and business processes. • Integrate Security into Infrastructure: Play a crucial role in integrating security into the organization's overall infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Ensure Security Governance: Develop and implement security governance policies and procedures to ensure effective security management across various security domains, including network security, application security, data security, identity management, and threat management. • Align with Industry Best Practices: Ensure cybersecurity solutions align with industry best practices, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to provide effective security solutions. • Implement Threat Management: Develop and implement threat management strategies to identify, detect, and respond to potential security threats, protecting the client's mission and business processes. • Security Architecture Design: Experience with designing and implementing comprehensive security architectures that protect business processes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, incorporating various security domains such as network security, application security, data security, identity management, and threat management. • Cybersecurity Solution Development: Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions that meet industry best practices and unique client needs, ensuring alignment with security requirements and business processes. • Security Governance and Compliance: Experience with developing and implementing security governance policies and procedures to ensure effective security management and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Threat Management Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing threat management strategies to identify, detect, and respond to potential security threats, protecting the client's mission and business processes. • Industry Best Practices Alignment: Experience with ensuring cybersecurity solutions align with industry best practices, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to provide effective security solutions. • Deep Understanding of Security Domains: Experience with various security domains, including network security, application security, data security, identity management, threat management, and security governance, to develop comprehensive security architectures. • Knowledge of Emerging Trends: Exposure to emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and provide effective security solutions. • Multi-Cloud Environment Expertise: Experience working with hybrid and multi-cloud environments to design and implement comprehensive security architectures that protect business processes.
