- Procurement & Technical Oversight: Track procurement actions, technology insertion points, and vendor milestones for enabling technical components, including Software Defined Radios (SDR), Offensive Cyber Equipment (OCE), Electronic Warfare (EW) platforms, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) integration.

- Operational Fielding & TTP Development: Develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), technical manuals, user guidance, and operator training programs for newly fielded SOF cyber equipment.

3. Key Deliverables:

- Doctrine & Strategic Policy: ARSOF Cyberspace doctrine publications, directives, operational concept papers, and policy impact white papers.

- Requirements & Capability Documentation: Concept Required Capability (CRC) running estimates, Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBAs), and DOTMLPF-P change recommendations.
