The  HR Service Delivery Generalist I, Central Europe  independently resolves HR inquiries and issues across the employee lifecycle, applying judgment to interpret policies, determine appropriate resolution paths, and deliver consistent outcomes. This role operates across multiple HR domains, owning cases end-to-end while supporting standardized and efficient HR service delivery.

In This Role, You Will:

- Independently manage and resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle.
- Interpret HR policies and processes, determine appropriate resolutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure effective end-to-end case management, prioritization, and timely delivery of consistent service outcomes.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Specialists and People Partners on complex cases while maintaining and enhancing knowledge documentation and workflows.

Essential Requirements

- Ability to independently manage HR cases and apply judgment within defined policies
- Proficiency in HR systems, case management tools, and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- 2–4 years of HR experience or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
