Industrial Electrician

Join a Growing Sawmill & Pallet Manufacturing Operation

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at a fast-paced pallet manufacturing and sawmill facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on electrical work and advanced troubleshooting. One day you may be programming a PLC, diagnosing a VFD issue, or planning a system upgrade. The next day you may be bending conduit, pulling wire, installing motors, or helping complete a plant improvement project.

What You'll Do

·         Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems.

·         Program, modify, and diagnose PLC-controlled equipment.

·         Configure and troubleshoot VFDs and motor control systems.

·         Plan and execute electrical improvement projects.

·         Install conduit, pull wire, and complete electrical installations.

·         Troubleshoot sensors, motors, starters, relays, and control circuits.

·         Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.

·         Work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to improve equipment reliability.

·         Assist with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

What We're Looking For

·         Industrial electrical experience in manufacturing, sawmill, wood products, or related production environment preferred.

·         Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and automated equipment.

·         Ability to manage projects from concept through installation while supporting day-to-day maintenance needs.

·         Self-motivated individual who takes pride in equipment reliability, quality work, and supporting a team-driven operation.

·         Willingness to perform both technical and physical aspects of the job.

Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 - $44.00 dollars an hour dependent on experience*

*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
