OSP Technician

Are you excited about building connections? Join Patriot Broadband Construction as a OSP Technician ! This entry-level, travel role will support the  underground HDD/missile operations for underground fiber infrastructure builds.

You’ll do things like:

- Perform potholing (hand digging or mechanical vac-excavation), conduit pulls, and horizontal directional drilling/missile setup

- Operate mini- excavator, horizontal directional drill.

- Set up cones/signage, complete JHAs, and maintain safe work zones

Requirements:

- Must be able and willing to perform outdoor work, including manual digging of holes with shovels, operating equipment and vehicles as needed.

- Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to travel to worksites including overnight stays 100%

- DOT Medical Card or willingness to obtain (company paid physical)

- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice to have:

- OSHA-10

- traffic control certification

- Construction Laborer experience
