Superintendent

Do you thrive in a leadership role where your expertise drives project success? Are you passionate about managing on-site operations and delivering exceptional results? As a Superintendent, you’ll take charge of daily site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure that every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely progress.

- Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe work environment.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and other stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns.

- Oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and contractual obligations.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual respect.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.

- You have 3+ years of successful Project Management experience with a multi-family builder.

- You have extensive experience in construction supervision or management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.

- You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex schedules and priorities.

- You’re an effective leader and communicator who excels in building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.

- You’re proactive and solution-focused, ready to tackle challenges and drive results.

- You’re well-versed in construction scheduling software, tools, and safety protocols.

- You’re committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
