Acting as the liaison between procurement, finance, and IT, you will manage requisitioning, purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier collaboration. Your role includes influencing system enhancements, optimizing workflows, and providing guidance and training to stakeholders on P2P<em> best </em>practices.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul style="list-style-type: disc;" type="disc"><li>Proficient Understanding of P2P/AP/T&amp;E processes with a problem-solving mentality. Reducing AP aging by working with service providers, internal stakeholders and suppliers/external payees.</li><li>Responsible for managing &amp; reducing invoices on hold globally or regionally.</li><li>Experience with Concur Travel &amp; Expense (T&amp;E) systems is a plus.</li><li>Act as a single point of contact for P2P related issues and escalations (Global and Regional support)</li><li>Collaborate in cost-benefit analyses to assess value drivers and support monthly business reviews.</li><li>Independently collect and evaluate success criteria (e.g., ROI, SLAs, OKRs, KPIs) and performance metrics using dashboards and scorecards to monitor program alignment.</li><li>Utilize leadership direction to execute plans that shift priorities to new initiatives; influence change with minimal guidance.</li><li>Evangelize programs using data-driven storytelling to gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers.</li><li>Define and execute landing and communication plans, ensuring alignment and communication cadence across teams.</li><li>Understand and map system processes and their interdependencies; help develop rigorous, efficient program processes informed by security principles.</li><li>Assist in managing project plans, roles, timelines, financials, and performance metrics for portfolios, communicating status and mitigating risks.</li><li>Identify new program opportunities, perform root cause analyses, define strategies, gather requirements, and align plans across teams.</li><li>Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design compliant programs and produce collateral (proposals, strategy decks, pitches).</li></ul><ul style="list-style-type: disc;" type="disc"><li>Monitor adherence to procurement policies and compliance requirements within P2P workflows.</li><li>Own and maintain<strong> </strong>Detailed Process Documents (DTPs) for all Ariba related &amp; Legacy P2P processes, ensuring timely updates to reflect system changes, compliance requirements, and<em> best </em>practices.</li><li>Implement controls to prevent errors and ensure audit readiness.</li><li>Oversees day-to-day operations of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met and that contractor skills and capabilities align with Microsoft requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Continuous Improvement  </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;" type="disc"><li>Collaborate with procurement, finance, and suppliers to resolve issues related to requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.</li><li>Act as a SME for troubleshooting and process optimization, conduct training sessions as required from time to time.</li></ul><ul style="list-style-type: disc;" type="disc"><li>Defines and executes landing and communication plans for target audiences, and maintains a regular rhythm of business (ROB) so stakeholders communicate, make decisions, and respond at the required cadence.</li><li>Identifies opportunities to develop new programs and improve current ones by defining root problems, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, identifying resource needs, and establishing project plans and targets.</li><li>Uses data analytics and lessons learned to identify program risks and mitigation plans, streamline and optimize programs, and recommend sunsetting activities that no longer meet objectives.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><h3>Required/minimum qualifications</h3><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.</li></ul><p>Other Requirements:</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><strong>Citizenship &amp; Citizenship Verification</strong>: This position requires verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport.</li></ul></div><div><h3>Additional or preferred qualifications</h3><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></div></div> <br><br><p>Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
