As a Product Packager I in our Materials function within the Spine division, you’ll play a hands-on role cleaning, pulling, and packaging inventory to support on-time customer orders and restock needs while learning core systems and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What You’ll Do:
- Package and label non-sterile and sterile products using ROBAR labeling software
- Assist with assembling kit builds
- Occasionally pick orders in the warehouse
- Participate in inventory cycle counts
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0–1 year of related experience and/or training preferred
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to understand company products and maintain organization, attention to detail, and goal focus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Willingness to learn JD Edwards (JDE) and ROBAR labeling software

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $23/hr, with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
