Tourism Kingston is seeking passionate and community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors.

We currently have three vacancies available beginning in 2027:

- One (1) three-year term

- One (1) two-year term

- One (1) one-year term

This is an exciting opportunity to help guide one of Kingston's most important economic sectors while contributing to the growth and prosperity of our community.

As a member of the Tourism Kingston Board of Directors, you will help shape strategic priorities, provide governance oversight, and contribute your expertise to initiatives that support sustainable tourism growth.

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in:

- Travel trade and tourism development

- Sport tourism

- Business events

- Film and media

- Music

- Attractions and visitor experiences

- Business, finance, governance, legal, marketing, or community leadership

Applications are welcome from residents of Kingston who are committed to collaboration, strategic thinking, and community impact.

Tourism Kingston is the destination marketing and management organization for Kingston, Ontario. Our vision is to position Kingston as a premier destination for leisure travellers, business events, sporting events, and group travel while leveraging tourism as a key driver of economic growth and community vitality.

Working alongside partners including the City of Kingston, Kingston Economic Development Corporation, Kingston Accommodation Partners, RTO 9, Downtown Kingston BIA, and many others, Tourism Kingston promotes Kingston as a vibrant and welcoming destination for visitors from around the world.

- Bring diverse perspectives and professional experience

- Demonstrate leadership and sound judgment

- Have an interest in community and economic development

- Be able to contribute to strategic discussion and decision-making

- Act as ambassadors for Kingston and its tourism industry

Previous board experience is considered an asset but is not required.
