2. What THIS ROLE Will Do
Detail three to five key areas of ownership. Focus on high-level deliverables, business outcomes, and strategic impact rather than routine administrative tasks.
Developing high-quality code with consistent technical artifacts.
Ensuring software meets all quality, security, extensibility, and data privacy requirements.
Diagnosing system failures and production issues, working with technical staff to identify and address root causes.
Ensuring non-functional mandates, compliance, and security requirements are met.
Implementing new components and subsystems as per the design documents provided by architects.
Adhering to the guidelines shared by the lead and architects.
3. What THIS ROLE Requires
List three to five essential qualifications required to succeed in this role. Focus on technical skills, years of relevant experience, and critical capabilities.
MS/MTech, BE/BTech in computer science or related fields.
Excellent programming skills with 2+ years of professional experience in Java development.
Exposure to software engineering best practices, Agile SDLC, build and deployment tools, and CI/CD practices.
Exceptional hands-on skills in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RDBMS, NoSQL.
Proficiency with SOAP, REST, RESTful, JSON-RPC, JMS, SOA/EDA
Microservices Architecture, client-server and distributed systems, and Enterprise Integration methodology and standards.
