PURPOSE
Fontainebleau Aviation, a Skyservice company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Aircraft Detailing Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Aircraft Detailing team. The Aircraft Detailing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position oversees the scheduling, training, and performance of Aircraft Detailers while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft detailing operations and personnel assignments;
- Train, mentor, and develop Aircraft Detailers on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations;
- Conduct quality control inspections of completed aircraft detailing services;
- Coordinate aircraft cleaning schedules with Operations, Customer Service Representatives, and Line Service personnel to ensure timely service delivery;
- Oversee interior and exterior aircraft cleaning and appearance standards;
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory control of detailing equipment, supplies, and chemicals;
- Assist with aircraft detailing activities as required to meet operational demands;
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and airport operating procedures;
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure team members utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE);
- Monitor inventory levels and submit supply requests as necessary;
- Document completed work, inspections, safety incidents, and staff training activities;
- Respond professionally to customer requests, concerns, and special detailing requirements;
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of detailing work areas, facilities, vehicles, and equipment;
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Minimum three (3) years of aircraft detailing, automotive detailing, hospitality cleaning, or related experience required;
- Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred;
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required;
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor;
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, detailing products, and safe handling procedures;
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds;
- Ability to safely use ladders, lifts, and detailing equipment;
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Legally authorized to work in the United States;
- Must successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening;
- Must be able to successfully complete all background checks required to obtain and maintain airport security credentials and restricted area access;
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Aircraft Detailing Supervisor regularly works in aircraft hangars, on airport ramps, and in outdoor environments. This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and lifting materials and equipment. Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions, noise, moving aircraft, ground support equipment, and cleaning chemicals. Safety awareness and adherence to operational procedures are essential.
