## Summary of Job Duties:
The Registered Student Organizations Assistant (RSOA) will be responsible for maintaining Registered Student Organization (RSO) files, assist with training efforts and NUMALink website maintenance, and create RSO support documents. The RSOA will report directly to the Director of Campus and Community Engagement and the RSO Coordinator.
## Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manually enter purchase requests and private fund deposits on NUMALink for 100+ RSOs on a weekly basis.
• Manually balance RSO accounts on NUMALink using Workday on a weekly basis.
• Setup/maintain allocated, rollover, and private fund accounts for 100+ RSOs.
• Update RSO spreadsheets to include Agency Codes, copy codes, activity codes, student leader and advisor contact information.
• Assist the RSO Coordinator with creating/prepping training material for RSOs to include video and webinar-style training, how to guides, and RSO support documents.
• Create and implement marketing plans for various RSO Programs such as Star of Excellence Program, RSO Involvement, and general training.
• Track RSO attendance for incentive program and training sessions.
• Assist with RSO key check-outs and visitor parking passes.
• Assist CACE Marketing Assistant with RSO Information for social media as needed.
• Assist RSOs with approval of flyers, making copies, restocking copy paper, attending to assigned campus buildings for marketing, checking and distributing office mail and helping maintain a clean/organized CACE Office.
• Greet guests, answer phones, and cover Switchboard when needed.
• Assist with communication to RSOs and Advisors regarding deadlines, organization status, and other additional information.

Education & Work Experience: Minimum qualifications: Must be a UAFS student in a major field of study such as Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or have at least six months of strong experience in working with business finances. The student must also be in good standing and enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours. Prior experience in a RSO is a plus.

Additional Information:
Working Relationships: Works with Student Affairs staff, staff in other offices across campus, students, and visitors. The RSOA will have significant contact with RSO students and advisors.
Special Job Dimensions: Work performed primarily in an office setting. The RSOA will be in the CACE Office during regular business hours and may have the occasional opportunity to work evening events. The RSOA may also be asked to perform tasks which may require occasional lifting of no more than 20 pounds.
