Job Overview

The Associate Product Manager at BPS Bioscience will support product management efforts. This position will lead the majority of datasheet management, leading to product release. The Associate Product Manager will perform competitive analysis, assess pricing, and manage product releases and have familiarity with the basic science behind the products. The goal is to deliver the best products to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Understand BPS Bioscience products and services

- Coordinate datasheet preparation for launch with R&D teams, and other teams as applicable

- Collaborate with marketing and other team members to coordinate product release

- Support sales team as needed

- Support product launch metric analysis

- Perform data entry into relevant systems

- Perform competitive and sales analysis

- Perform datasheet preparation and review

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Life Science with 3-5 years of laboratory experience in assay development and/or recombinant protein development, or PhD with experience in the same areas

- Demonstrated understanding of life science

- Experience with business software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

- Able to accomplish tasks and projects in established timelines in a semi-independent mode.

- Highly motivated and dependable.

- Ability to learn new skills quickly.

- Ability to problem solve and innovate.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Desire to succeed.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
