Insulation Installer

Clarke & Rush is a family-owned company that has proudly served the Greater Sacramento area for over 60 years. We’re looking for a dependable Insulation Installer to join our team and help our customers improve the comfort and energy efficiency of their homes and businesses.
What You'll Do
- Install blown-in, batt, radiant barrier, and other insulation products.
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, walls, and other residential and light commercial areas.
- Operate insulation equipment, ladders, tools, and company vehicles safely.
- Prepare work areas and protect customer property.
- Seal air leaks and prepare areas before insulation installation when needed.
- Work alongside our HVAC installation teams.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Follow company safety standards and participate in training.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or related experience preferred.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and working overhead.
- Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
