About the Role
This is a true end-to-end product engineering role at a fast-growing Voice AI platform serving small and medium-sized businesses across Europe. You will own features from first idea through to production, working closely with customers and shipping almost daily, not just executing specs handed down to you.
What You'll Do
- Own features completely, from ideation and prototyping through to production deployment and ongoing iteration.
- Build and evolve a full-stack platform using NestJS and React, always prioritizing immediate customer impact over over-engineering.
- Talk directly with customers through support, feedback sessions, and user testing to shape what gets built.
- Ship frequently on a near-daily deployment cadence, and refine based on real-world usage data.
- Take on feature and opportunity prioritization for the Voice AI product as you grow into the role.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience building SaaS products with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency with the NestJS framework for backend development.
- A track record of shipping full-stack features end-to-end from conception to production.
- Experience working directly with customers on feedback, support, and user testing.
- Ability to decompose product requirements into minimal viable implementations that deliver real value quickly.
- Comfort with rapid deployment cycles and a pragmatic, ownership-first mindset.
- Native German language proficiency and fluent English, both required to actively shape an AI product for the European market.
- Bonus: experience building AI or voice-based products, or working in B2B SaaS targeting SMBs.
- Bonus: experience with feature prioritization and product roadmap decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually . Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
Based in Vienna, Austria . The team is open to remote work within Austria as well as on-site in Vienna.
