Senior Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst .

In this role you will:

- Lead requirements definition and analysis activities across the delivery lifecycle, from initiation through development, testing, implementation and post-implementation, for assigned requests.
- Ensure solutions are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned to intended business outcomes and end-to-end client journeys.
- Manage a defined set of deliverables within the wider pipeline, ensuring work is captured, maintained, and reported in relevant systems.
- Support prioritization and sequencing discussions by providing clear analysis, options and impacts.
- Contribute to complex, cross-functional and cross-product programmes using relevant methodology.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and delivery impacts early, escalating where needed to maintain momentum.
- Ensure analysis outputs and delivery activities align to relevant Change Management and Risk Frameworks.
- Support tracking and delivery of client onboarding to existing and new channels / products.
- Build effective relationships with clients, business sponsors, product partners, operations, technology, and change teams.
