Job Title: Scheduling Representative – 2nd Shift Job Description
The Scheduling Representative – 2nd Shift handles high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, schedule appointments, and provide friendly, professional support. This role ensures accurate documentation of all customer interactions in CRM and software systems while working closely with team members, dispatch, and leadership to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and schedule appointments in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional support to all callers while managing a high call volume.
- Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in CRM and other software systems.
- Assist customers with concerns, follow-ups, and problem resolution, ensuring issues are addressed effectively.
- Stay current on services, processes, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with team members, dispatch, and leadership to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
- Apply strong phone etiquette and communication skills to create a positive customer experience.
- Multitask by managing calls, entering data, and navigating computer systems simultaneously.
- Maintain organized records and manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset by supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Essential Skills
- Comfortable managing multiple inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a positive, professional phone presence.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills in a call center or similar environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while handling high call volume.
- Attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and entering data.
- Proficiency with computer and CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset and dependability.
- Customer service oriented with strong service and support focus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and performing customer follow-ups.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with inbound and outbound call handling is a plus.
- Experience using CRM systems and other customer support software is beneficial.
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication style.
- Ability to stay organized and think quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment and operates on a 2nd shift schedule. You will work at a computer station using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other customer service software tools while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. The setting is team-oriented and collaborative, with regular communication between team members, dispatch, and leadership. Professional attire appropriate for an office setting is expected.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
