About this role
An individual who has graduated from a nursing program and who has passed a national licensing exam.
Essential Duties Include:
• Assist in delivering a range of psychiatric treatments and services, including psychotropic medication management and group counseling.
• Conduct initial patient assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans under the direction of a psychiatrist.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for efficacy and potential side effects.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and manage necessary referrals to ensure continuity of care.
