As a Finance & Business Management Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics, you will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while helping manage resources and vendor financials. You’ll distill complex business problems into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations, act as a connective hub across Product, Engineering, and Design, and identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting. Your work will improve visibility into spend, headcount, and portfolio execution—helping leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.

Job Responsibilities

- Support financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for CCB D&A, including expenses, allocations/chargebacks, and outlook updates
- Analyze variances, trends, risks, opportunities, and performance against budget, forecast, and targets, identifying key drivers and sensitivities
- Distill complex business problems into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations, with a strong focus on data visualization and storytelling
- Synthesize financial and operational data into logical frameworks to support business cases and performance reporting
- Coordinate vendor financial management activities (forecasting, invoicing support, renewals calendar, contract/PO coordination) with Sourcing and Vendor Management
- Maintain financial hygiene across recurring processes (e.g., accrual coordination, cost center hygiene)
- Build business cases for relevant AI use cases and prioritized initiatives, showing both financial and non-financial value across the portfolio
- Track headcount, hiring plans, and position management; coordinate workforce and capacity planning with HR and business managers
- Act as a connective hub across Product, Engineering, Design, and partner teams to ensure alignment on financial priorities and deadlines
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and business management workflows, reducing manual effort and improving data quality
- Support adoption of tooling and best practices across the organization (e.g., Copilot, LLM Suite, AI trainings/agents), and manage multiple projects independently

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of financial services experience
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, work independently, and find cost-effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort interacting with senior business and corporate leaders
- Sound judgment and independent decision-making, with composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage numerous deliverables and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Experience in Business Management, FP&A, or Data-focused roles
- Experience supporting Technology and/or Product organizations, ideally in Data, Analytics, Platforms, or Engineering environments
- Working familiarity with technology financials and vendor management concepts (e.g., run vs. change, consumption-based vendors, GPU/token usage)
- Understanding of data and analytics concepts (data platforms/publishing, data governance/management, analytics products, AI/ML delivery)
- Experience with dashboard reporting or other visual representation of KPIs
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn new functions and processes across a diverse department
