Requirements

What You’ll Do

- Lead, train, and support production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Oversee plant performance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow supervisors and production teams to meet customer and production requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support plant success.

What You Bring

- 3–5 years of experience supervising production employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime when required.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid computer literacy.
- Experience in the steel industry preferred.
