At Precious Care ABA , you'll work one-on-one with children
with autism in their homes, helping them communicate, build
independence, and develop life-changing skills.

What You'll Do

- Work one-on-one with children with autism
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document progress
- Work closely with BCBAs and families
- Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small

What We're Looking For

- Previous ABA experience
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Reliable — when a child is counting on you, you show up
- Patient, energetic, and great with kids
- Open to feedback and always looking to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to client homes

Requirements

- Previous ABA experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
- Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up
- Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children
- Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
- Open to feedback and willing to learn
- Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to
understand treatment plans and complete required documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
- Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with
families and BCBAs
