About this role
Primarily responsible for the management, administration and retention of trust, estate probate and investment agency accounts, as well as preliminary estate planning. Will work with diversified set of clientele and is expected to have broad knowledge of fiduciary requirements for all account types. Secondarily, participates as a voting member in the Trust Administrative and Investment committee.
Essential Duties
- Adherence to policy and procedures.
- Attraction and development and retention of new and existing business.
- Day to Day administrative duties of administering a trust account, bill paying, etc.
- Monitor investment portfolio
- Monitor cash flow
- Monitor Discretionary distributions
- Allocating Principal and Income funds for the benefit of the client
- Hosting client meetings
- Making customer contacts
- Represent the bank to the customer and referral partners in a courteous and professional manner. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service.
- Give attention to detail and provide excellent communication skills.
- Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional environment.
- Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor.
