We are looking for
HR Operations Partner - at our locations in México - Ciudad Juárez
Your tasks:
- Follow up on disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor-related documentation.
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues and help foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration and compliance with hiring requirements.
- Manage employee movements, including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic employee records.
- Monitor Human Resources metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and vacancy coverage.
- Follow up on employee services and benefits, including transportation and cafeteria programs.
- Support internal, external, and customer audits related to Human Resources.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure employee data is accurately maintained in SAP or equivalent systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Business Management, or a related field .
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience
- Languages: English - advanced
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
