ONSITE ROLE - NON-REMOTE/NON-HYBRID
Location: Wurth USA - 93 Grant St, Ramsey, NJ 07446
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm ET Monday-Friday
Compensation: ~$60,000 annually, based on experience
About the Role
Wurth USA is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Ramsey, NJ. This role is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support business growth through pricing analysis, sales reporting, data insights, and process improvement.
The Jr. Business Analyst will work closely with Sales Management, Executive Leadership, Key Account Managers, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams to analyze business data, identify opportunities, and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making. This position will also play an important role in maintaining pricing accuracy, developing reporting tools and dashboards, and supporting initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain pricing analytics to support strategic business decisions and optimize profitability.
- Partner with executive leadership and sales management teams to identify opportunities and provide proactive pricing and sales support solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business analysis, insights, and recommendations that support organizational goals and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate, review, and process pricing holds while ensuring compliance with established pricing policies and procedures.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve pricing discrepancies, errors, and exceptions to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports to improve business visibility and reporting capabilities.
- Assist the Payroll team with monthly reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion when working with sensitive payroll, pricing, sales, and other company information.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree; Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Practical and theoretical understanding of pricing management and analysis.
- Knowledge of Business Reporting analysis
- Knowledge of Tableau and dashboard/report development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data.
