Description
The SVP, Revenue Management is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving profitable revenue performance across the Gravity Haus portfolio. The role provides strategic leadership and accountability across Revenue Management, Group Sales, Reservations, and Commercial Analytics, with four direct reports: the VP, Revenue Management; Sr. Group Sales Manager; Group Reservation Manager; and Revenue Analyst.
In this role you'll set the commercial strategy across these functions and be accountable for their performance and results. This includes establishing the overall approach to pricing, forecasting, distribution, demand strategy, group business, reservations, and commercial analytics, while ensuring these functions operate as an integrated commercial organization rather than as separate teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality commercial expert who can move between strategy and execution. The SVP will provide strategic direction and accountability to the VP, Revenue Management and Sr. Group Sales Manager while personally engaging in the highest-impact commercial decisions, portfolio performance, market opportunities, and cross-functional priorities.
The role will translate company and portfolio goals into clear commercial strategies, measurable targets, and property-level actions that drive profitable revenue growth.
The SVP will partner closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing & Growth, Membership, Product & Digital, and property leadership to ensure commercial priorities are aligned across the business. Marketing and Membership remain separate functional areas, with this role serving as a strategic partner to connect demand generation, direct booking, loyalty, and customer growth to overall commercial performance.
Reporting to the CEO, the SVP will build and lead the commercial organization, establish clear accountability and operating rhythms, and develop the systems, processes, and capabilities needed to support Gravity Haus as the portfolio continues to grow.
